How can I navigate your online shop without using a mouse?

You can easily browse our online shop using your keyboard and a screen reader. The search field is directly accessible via a hidden link that appears when using the Tab key. This allows you to jump straight to the product overview without navigating through every section. You can also move between links and features using the Tab key. If you encounter any other accessibility issues, our customer service team is happy to help.

Is there an accessible way to complete the checkout process?

Yes, our checkout process is fully accessible via the keyboard and screen readers. We offer support through to the shopping basket stage in the event of any difficulties. However, due to data privacy, we cannot assist with selecting or logging into external payment providers. Checkout support is available in German, English, French and Italian, among others. Please note that finalising purchases is only possible in Germany, as the method for paying in advance is exclusive to this region.

Can I speak to customer service to choose and configure my print?

Absolutely! If you need help selecting or customising your artwork, our customer support team is on hand to assist. Call us via our free hotline on 00800 900 900 30 (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m.). We’ll help you find the perfect print to suit your needs and preferences, so you’ll have your favourite picture in your hands soon.
