We deliver orders made from within our shop www.posterlounge.co.uk to the United Kingdom only. If you want to place an order to a different European country, you can order on our www.posterlounge.com platform.
The expected delivery time is shown in the shopping cart. The delivery time depends, among other things, on which material and size you choose and whether you order your print with a picture frame. We print our wall art especially for you in our own print house as soon as we receive your order, and we produce our frames by hand in our frame manufacture to fit your art print perfectly.
We ship our products from Germany, depending on the package size, by DHL or DPD. You will be informed of the shipment number of the respective service provider within the dispatch e-mail. Products that come under the category of size S will be sent out with Deutsche Post without tracking. Within the UK, our shipping service providers work with local shipping partners.
Note:
Please make sure that the name on your letter box or doorbell is legible. If you cannot receive your parcel at home during the day, you may inform us of an alternative delivery address, e.g. your work address.
If the parcel cannot be delivered directly to your hands, a note in your letter box will provide information on where your parcel can be picked up.
The shipping costs depend on the product type as well as the size of your product.

If your order contains different product types and/or sizes, we will charge the flat rate for the higher shipping category. The shipping costs for your delivery will be displayed in the shopping cart.
Please report any obvious transport damage directly to the courier and contact us as soon as possible so that we can assert our claims against the courier or with the transport insurance. However, it does not in any way affect your legal rights as a consumer if you do not report the damage immediately.
As of 1st January 2021, the United Kingdom is no longer a part of the VAT area of the EU. We ship our wall prints from Germany, therefore import duties (customs, customs clearance charges and import VAT) may apply to the import into the United Kingdom, depending on the value of the goods, shipping costs and other factors. We will handle the processing for you, so that you can receive your goods as usual, without having to take care of customs clearance yourself.
For delivery to the Channel Islands (Bailiwick of Jersey and Bailiwick of Guernsey) different conditions may apply.
